Chandigarh Police is committed to providing quality policing services to the citizens. As part of this commitment, Chandigarh Police has launched a unique scheme called Mobile Police Stations Scheme. Under this scheme, two mobile police stations are sent to those areas where the bulk of the population is poor and under privileged. The objective of this scheme is to ensure that the under privileged part of the society gets proper access to police assistance at their door step itself.
