Late Night Towing Facility

IIn the event that an individual’s vehicle becomes non-functional or breaks down unexpectedly during late-night hours, and the individual has reasonable concerns that the unattended vehicle might be at risk of theft or unauthorized access if left at the location until the following morning, assistance is readily available.

The concerned individual is advised to immediately contact the Chandigarh Police Control Room through any of the following emergency contact numbers: 112 , 0172-2749194, or 0172-2744100. Upon receiving such a request, the Police Control Room shall promptly dispatch a police vehicle to the location of the disabled vehicle.

The police personnel will ensure that the vehicle is safely relocated to a secure and appropriate location, such as the nearest available mechanic shop, the vehicle owner's residence (within the jurisdiction of Chandigarh), a designated police station, or a local police post, as deemed suitable. This prompt action is taken to safeguard the vehicle and prevent any potential security threat or inconvenience to the vehicle owner.

Please note that this facility is specially provided to assist citizens during late-night hours and shall remain operational between 11:00 PM and 06:00 AM on all days.
